can't get one number to go through

I have been trying to call the Ed Show on MSNBC for his poll the last week or maybe longer and it is a constant busy signal, I know it is not because of call volume because I have been doing it for a long time.

Even if I try to use it after the show is over I still get a busy signal. I find it unbelievable that the number is just that busy, plus why do I still get the busy signal when it is not being used for the day?
