Ooma unit no light but working

Post by hitchens97 » Sat Oct 23, 2010 8:30 pm

So my ooma main unit is not lit up blue anymore, but phone works fine, as does my scout (that does go blue).

When I turn on and off lots of flashing light; the main unit blinks red for a few seconds and then no lights other than at the back where there's the small greed led for the ethernet. Phone works fine.

There are two little wheels on the sides of your hub. Right side controls brightness of the lights, the other volume. I'll bet you just have the lights turned down. :P

No worries, you are not the first one and I'm very sure won't be the last!
