I just completed porting my land line number. It took only 3 days!
With the new number replacing the one originally given by Ooma, does my login now change using the new number?
Do I have to change any of the setup preferences regarding anonymous calls privacy etc?
I am on the premier plan so how is the secondary number used?? Can calls still come in on that or dialed out on that number?

You can login my.ooma.com using your ported number (same password). You'll find all the preferences and settings intact.
Your ported number is now the primary number and your ooma assigned number is now the secondary number.
Your Ooma will ring when either numbers are called. To dial out using your secondary number, use dialing prefix **1 Otherwise your default outgoing callerid would be your primary number.
In order to take advantage of instant second line and have ability to have 2 concurrent conversations with your Ooma, you'd need at least 1 Telo handset.
