Recent calls not showing up

Post by drtrech » Wed Apr 03, 2013 12:01 pm

None of my recent calls are showing up on my recent calls list.

The most recent is dated March 26. (I discovered this when I was looking to blacklist some recent callers.)

Anybody else having similar problems?

If you don't care to possibly getting back the missing entries, a reboot would kick off the call logs again (power down and power back up).

If you care about the missing entries in the call logs, call customer service to see what they can do for you.

I'm not sure I follow.

Are you talking about rebooting my PC?

Or my Telo? (Which has been rebooted multiple times today due to power failures).

Telo...if after reboot, still no call logs, need to call customer service to see what's up.

me too. i have voicemail but no recent call since late march.
My device is not even hooked up at the moment so i have nothing to reboot. I think this is a software glitch that needs to be fixed. I depend on the web interface for messages and to see who is calling.

sandrshe, device writes logs to ooma central so your device needs to be online for logs to work.

Also, if your device is offline for more than 6 months, Ooma may choose to terminate your account. Re-activation would cost $79.99 and activation would be against T&C at the time of activation.
