Answering machines

Calling long distance and phone keeps ringing. No answering machine pick up on other end. Sometimes the line just goes dead.

You're calling someone else from your Ooma line? It may be a problem on the recipient's end. Do you know it's not? Can you call using a different source (cellphone, etc.)?
