Call FROM myself TO myself

This is weird, but my phone just rang. Caller ID says "Home" and my primary number. Answer it, and I can hear people talking in the background, something about health insurance, but they're not talking to me. I hang up. I thought maybe it was a call from my secondary number to my primary number or vice-versa, but no, my call log shows it coming from and going to my primary number. What gives? I'm just curious.
