Ooma Premier - how many free number transfers?

I am thinking of getting Ooma Premier for my office. The secondary line would be very useful for faxing. So I have a few questions:

How many free number transfers will I receive? It seems like it should be two since there are two lines with Ooma Premier, but everything online says "a free number transfer" implying just one free transfer. If that is the case, how much does the number transfer cost and how long does that usually take?

Premier includes one free number transfer.
The cost to transfer a second number is $39.99.

The time to transfer a number depends on the phone company the number is coming from. It ranges from a couple of days to in my case 3 weeks.
