OOMA multi call issue when cell phone is no service

Post by oomanoob1 » Tue Jan 07, 2014 2:37 pm

Hi,

I have multi ring setup on my OOMA and it's call forward to my cell phone for multi ring.
So when someone call the OOMA, my cell phone will also ring.

Now, if I turn my cell phone off and I call the ooma, it will go straight to voicemail if I don't have the "Require key press before answering forwarded calls" check.

It's this suppose to be normal?

Thanks!

Current expected behavior. However, a mod has said that he would look into it.

That would be an super enhancement to multi-ring.

You should advertise this feature more. It along is reason enough to change to Ooma.
