Whoa... Download Quality 6%??!? SIX percent??? Uh, help?

Woah.. you never said anything about an alarm until now. Try disconnecting it. I can't remember why, but I have read some alarm systems cause problems.

With a problem like this I advocate putting one PC directly connected to your modem and nothing else. Disconnect the Ooma Hub from your telephone wires in your home. Then rerun the test. If you still have those poor results then you need to call your ISP to figure it out. If you get great results. Next add in your router and rerun again. See where I am going with this?

Have you tried what Scott suggested in order to isolate what may be causing the issue? If you did, I missed the outcome somehow.

If you didn't it would be a good idea to try what Scott suggested.
