Incoming calls reset 2nd generation Telo
I had accidentally pasted this under the Office forum which I have deleted to re-post in here.
I have been experiencing Telo reboots sometimes when I receive incoming calls.
I see there was a thread from last year with this issue so I will answer the questions in advance that will be asked about my setup:
Ooma was recently replaced with the newer version (with actual individual buttons) and is being used with the correct power supply (5V 2A).
There is one cordless phone attached to the phone port and I have an HD2 with a Bluetooth dongle.
When I say "reboot" I mean all lights go off on the Telo, followed by the red flashing logo and eventually (about 3 minutes) outgoing calls can be made again.

I haven't had any issues with outgoing calls on this Telo (although that is why my 1st gen was replaced with a 2nd gen).
On the web interface for the Telo I see Version: 85343
For reference my setup is cable modem (Thompson DCM475) --> Cisco RV042 --> Telo (on it's own port with a MAC IP reservation and the DMZ set to the reserved address)

I looked through that entire thread and there doesn't appear to be any information on general troubleshooting steps I can take in my situation . . . did I miss some useful information in that thread?

See the last couple of posts in that thread. I've disabled Contacts on your telo also now.

OK, I will report back on any change in behaviour.

The issue started again today and I see that somehow contacts have been enabled.

Ok, disabled contacts again.
