Need 5 Second Extension Ring Duration (Sequential)
Please adjust programming options for extension ring duration (sequential ring group) to begin at 5 seconds (instead of 10 seconds currently) as businesses with greater than 2 or 3 extensions will lose customer calls as a result of long waits for customer service answer/response to incoming calls.
