Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
This works only if you stay logged in to Ooma and does not fix the real problem.

Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
In the blacklist options, one of them is "ring forever". So why does it only ring three or four times and then switch to a fast busy signal?
Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
Ringback is provided for 20 sec. Even on a landline ringback ends at some point.
Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
The default Start Page now comes up properly on my Windows 7 laptop, my Windows 8.1 tablet and my IOS 8.3 iPhone. Good job!Tom B wrote:The default start page bug has now been fixed.

Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
Well, I've been around a long time and I NEVER heard of a landline phone only ringing for 20 seconds! Heck, my CELL PHONE rings for longer than that before it goes to voicemail. I guess "forever" has a new meaning in our fast-paced world...Tom B wrote:Ringback is provided for 20 sec. Even on a landline ringback ends at some point.
Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
Is there an anticipated time frame when Contact Import will be added to the Ooma V2 App? As it is now, many Contact fields (most importantly the the "Display As" field) can't be Imported into the Contacts.

Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
I appreciate having a Version number listed for the Ooma V2 Beta app but if we could now have some indication on what was changed that would be very helpful - similar to the Release Notes in "Ooma Status & Updates".
Thank you

Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
I need to add my scout to devices but it keeps giving me Invalid ID. I see earlier this was noted and might be happening as my scout id has a letter in it.
I would do it in the non-beta version where it has always worked but that version tells me you must use the (broken) beta version to do it!
How do I add a scout?

Re: My Ooma V2 - Beta Feedback
Has the Scout been used before?
There was a run of Scouts that had the wrong ID pasted onto them. If yours is one of those you will have to call support so they can get the ID of the Scout that is connecting to your Hub and tell you what it is.
