Voicemail attachements now a "Premier" feature?

Post by asv » Mon Jul 13, 2009 12:45 pm

I got a voicemail on my Ooma number today and noticed that there was no voicemail attachment. I logged in to the "lounge" and went to "voicemail preferences" and discovered that voicemail attachments are now a "premier" feature.

Is this a bug, or is this an actual change in Ooma service? If it is a change, where is this change documented? If this is a targeted service change, isn't this a case of bait and switch? I hope this is a bug, or I'm going to be highly annoyed.

This has always been a premier feature ever since they created premier as far as I know. Did it work for you while you were on a trial of premier and now the trial has ended and it no longer works?

Voicemail notifications to email or text message are part of the basic package. Attaching a sound file of the actual voicemail message has always been a premier feature.
