Ooma slows down internet
I'm a long-time Ooma user. A very long time ago I had several dropped calls or poor call quality when using the phone while someone else was using the internet.
A friend told me of a setting within Ooma that allowed me to let Ooma calls have bandwidth priority over the internet. Sure enough I found that setting and life has been good on the phone ever since. But now that internet speeds are so much faster than they were back then, I'd like to find that little switch and play with it some more. The current problem is that whenever someone is on the phone, my internet moves at the speed of molasses in January, in spite of the fact that I have a very fast internet service. Ooma is simply taking too much bandwidth.
How do I reset this setting?
