Call logs not displaying recent calls

Call logs not displaying recent calls

I'm not seeing new calls in the call log, the last one was an incoming call last night. Since then I've made several outgoing calls and received a few, but they're not showing. Logged off/on myOoma - same.

Fix issue where call logs can stop being generated

How will we obtain the new release?

I'm having the same trouble. My last call log was from Jan 30 1041am. It is now 2.4.2016 12:56am. I powered cycled the Telo and it didn't help. Since this been going on for a few days I was hoping it would correct itself by now. But I got a hangup around 1240 that woke us up and call log didn't update. I wish I knew who it was!!!!!

Last week I had to call support because my HD2 handset wasn't connecting because of the update?

Upgraded your telo. Power cycling fixes the problem for new calls, but any queued old calls will be lost. Will email you the caller.

Thanks!.. however the calls are all missing from Jan 30th til 30 mins ago. Wish I knew who called last night. Was thinking my mother-in-law aids were calling but it wasn't

I'm having the same problem with the call log. The last logged call was on March 10
