User message incorrect

I have set up the Virtual Assistant and it is playing the correct message, which is to "press 0 to leave a message". 0 is set up to transfer the message to user at extension 101. Extension 101 is set up to play text message "message received". Instead it plays a message that is not even visible : "the user at extension 101 is unavailable".
Is this a bug?
Really, what I want to do is receive a text message when the Main line rings. This having to choose an extension is a disappointing discovery. Mobile Office is less capable that OOma home? I recieie a text message when my home line rings. Why can't I receive a text message when my office line rings?

0 is set up to transfer to x101 voicemail. The mailbox will play either the standard greeting or whatever personal one you set up.
