Ooma Office voicemail issues

Users can not record/update the voicemail message, nor are messages saved when left by callers.

Base stations and Lynx both appear active/online in the Dashboard, and the call logs reflect calls that have come in, but I left a message myself, and no message appeared in the users voicemail box.

I have reviewed the forums, and not sure how to proceed? Is there a way to chat to try and debug? Do I need to be physically at the equipment to do so? (In which case, I would need to schedule a time to do so).
