It looks like I have different options to program the green DSS buttons on our phones. One of the options is Park. To me hitting Tran, *41, parking number then # is too many steps to park a call. It would be easier if we could program a button to do the first part, then hit the parking number and #.
We're still trying to adjust to this system, coming from an old PBX system where we could just use the intercom and tell someone they have a call from "X" on line 2, etc.
