I have an Android phone, recently updated the OS - the Ooma Office App is not accepting my password. It's absolutely the right password as I'm able to log onto the online portal with no issue.
I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue remains. Changing a password just to use the company's app seems counter intuitive. Could use some troubleshooting advice please.

I have had this same issue twice, on two different iPhones. I tried an online support chat with Ooma and they said to call Ooma office support. Last time this was fixed for me by changing my password (which is annoying) but this time me doing that alone is not fixing it.
