I purchased a couple IP phones and cannot get them installed. There seems to be a problem with the Ooma website. I've tried chrome on a tablet, chrome on a computer, and edge on a computer. All have the same issue.
I go to:
https://office.ooma.com/add_ip_phone
Click the extension,
Click the model of phone Yealink T21P E2
Nothing happens. When I debug the page I see the errors:

I'm guessing this is supposed to be in launcher.js from:
gtm.js?id=GTM-5VGKLJ:546 GET https://f914adf1dd53cef9402e-46af640687 ... auncher.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
But that site doesn't have that script anymore. Any workarounds?
