Reactivated devices do not come with a warranty, as they have not been sold through an official Ooma dealer.


THIS DEVICE WAS PURCHASED BY ME RETAIL IT WAS GIVEN TO FAMILY MEMBER TO USE SINCE I DIDNT NEED IT WHEN I MOVED PHONE LINE CAME WITH MY CABLE PROVIDER....... SO MY BROTHER USED IT AT HIS HOUSE


I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS 2nd HAND THIS IS MY DEVICE


MY DEVICE IS OVERHEATING AND MELTING THE TOP.......... AND NO ONE IN "Ooma, Inc." CARES TO HELP ME I AM LIVID WITH SERVICE YOU PROVIDED TO ME....

THEY EVEN SAID ON PHONE THAT WHAT IM READING WITH MY WARRANTY IS NOT REAL IT EVEN OFFERS ME TO ADD ANOTHER YEAR OF WARRANTY FOR 39.99$ USD

1.1 PHONE CALL RECORDED SAYING ON MY END YOU DO NOT HAVE WARRANTY!
2.TRANSCRIPT OF CHAT SPECIALIST SAYING 100% I HAVE A WARRANTY

ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL IS MY WARRANTY EXPIRE DATE FOR MY DEVICE SCREEN SHOT IN *PNG IMAGE FORMAT HERE IS REST OF INFORMATION OF MY DEVICE

This is a community forum, as far as I can tell corporate does not monitor or participate in this forum. Your best approach would be to contact Ooma directly. I have never had an issue with warranties.
