Returning an Ooma Telo

Does anybody have a different experience here? They say you have a 30 day trial, but if you send back your Ooma Telo, it will cost about $13 in postage (about 1/4 of the price of the product) because they don't give you return postage (like any other company would give you). So, take that into consideration when buying this product.
