My problem is very simple. Whenever I used my Nord VPN it knocks off my Ooma Teleo in a way that I cannot receive calls or make calls.
I spoke to a level two support supervisor today and was told that VPN's cannot work with Ooma Teleo.
I was really surprised by this answer and wonder if businesses using Ooma service would accept this answer. VPN is a critical service these days and more and more people are using it.
Ooma must get on Board and resolve this technological problem.

Re: Nord VPN Service and Ooma
OK folks, here we go, I was able to resolve this issue.
My OS is Mac Mojave 10.14.3
I had a chat from the folks at Nord VPN and they resolved the issue for me.
Nord VPN has two versions of their app. I was using the IKE version. I had to uninstall the IKE version and install the other version of Nord VPN. Once I installed it, I opened the side menu > Preferences > Protocol > disable 'Prefer UDP over TCP'.
And folks that did the job.
So now I can rest comfortable.
Thanks to the Nord VPN Team....there you go Ooma.
