Telephone number selection for a person being called

Post by 9194992969 » Fri Jun 07, 2019 8:08 am

I have many individuals in my contact list that I've entered more than one telephone number, e.g. work, home, mobile. Sometimes I want to call them at work and sometimes I want to call them on their cell, etc. When I use the Telo handset to dial a person, there is no choice of the number I can select for a person I want to call.
For one person I wanted to call, I thought since I usually want to call her on her mobile number, I would just list it first in the contact list and that would be the number that would be dialed, but the contact list seems to be automatically rearranged so the home phone is the one that gets listed first, regardless of the order I enter the numbers for that person.
The only way I could call this person on her mobile phone was to look up the number and manually dial it. Not very efficient and very annoying.

On an HD2 handset:
Push the left key on the 4 way key.
Use the down key to scroll to the name that you want.
Push the button in the center of the 4 way key.
Scroll down to the number that you want.
Press the green key.
