Lost service

Post by Agent99 » Fri Jun 28, 2019 2:52 pm

Came home tonight, and found that all our extension phones said Line in Service. Disconnected batteries in all portable phones, just leaving the base V-Tech unit. It still said line in use (with no phones connected)

Ooma base unit had blue symbol. I disconnected power to it, left it for short while, then plugged in again. Steady red symbol came up and after a short while, symbol went off. Eventually, the blue flower came back on. Still have the line in use on the base unit (and all hand sets)Tried disconnecting/connecting all lines but still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Connected an old phone direct to Telo, and it worked. Moved base station next to Telo, and then all phones worked. Must be fault in wiring between Telo and base station. Anyway, problem solved.
