Fast busy trying to call City Hall

Calling 918-596-9777, I get silence for about 10 seconds, then fast busy. This number has always worked before, and other numbers work now. Could this be some kind of interconnect problem?

Do you have 10 digit dialing enabled? If not, you need a leading 1.

No, I'm in the same area code. We have 918 and 539, so all local calls are 9-digit, without the leading 1. Anyway, I tried it adding the 1, and still get fast busy. So that's not the explanation.

Nevermind. It appears the line really is down. Not an Ooma issue at all.
