Individual Extensions should be able to EITHER
Record their own Outgoing Message.
OR, upload an MP3 of a professionally recorded voice actor doing it for them.

Granted we can upload pro voice talent now, but ONLY as receptionist, and not as individual voicemailbox OGM.

PLEASE CHANGE THIS ASAP!!! :!:
