Sending All Calls Through Virtual Receptionist
Our Ooma Office setup only has one user, but three phone numbers; main number, one extension and one toll free. I have looked in the setup and also in the help section to see if there is a way to send all of the numbers to the virtual receptionist. So if someone calls any of the assigned phone numbers they get the virtual receptionist and then they can dial the extension or press a number to be directed to a certain person. I can't seem to find a way to do this. I can't re-assign all the numbers to the VR because a person must have a phone number associated with them. Anyone know how to do this? Otherwise I will give Ooma a call to see if it is possible.
