Hi. I am new to ooma and have a t-mobile router. I need to purchase a new one. Any recommendations that would work well with ooma and that has long range? I am trying to stay away from linksys because there always seem to be a problem with their compatibility.
Thanks!

Re: router recommendation
Linksys WRT54GL's work fine if flashed with 3rd party firmware such as Tomato or DD-WRT. Note the "L" as any new WRT54G models sold at the brick and morter stores can not be flashed with 3rd party firmware (unless you can find a version 1 through 4).stenobeagle wrote:Hi. Re: router recommendation
I use a Linksys WRT54G V3 with Tomato. It seems to work well.

I use the Netopia 3347NWG-006 wireless ADSL modem/router with built in high performance QOS and four managed ports. It is a business class router provided by AT&T to their business customers. I purchased my from eBay for $35.
