I bought the Ooma HD3 handsets to replace my 10 year old Panasonic handsets and I wish I had not. The sound quality, hardware quality, and features are really poor in comparison to my ancient Panasonic handsets. I also bought a desktop phone for my business which was so bad that I returned it immediately. I don't know who makes your hardware, but you need to get a better supplier.
