"Virtual only" extensions
Having the ability to give someone an extension and DID that only forwards to their own personal external line for $5 or whatever a month without needing a phone, device, service, etc... essentially only a forwarding line, would be such a great help to keep everyone connected! Not all of our users have desk space or need a dedicated device, but having a way to unify everyone under one phone system umbrella would be wonderful.
