My Ooma say telo offline, but phone works
For the past several days, the web portal dashboard at My Ooma has claimed that my Telo is offline, but I'm able to make and receive calls just fine. The situation is unchanged after power cycling the Telo.
Is there anything to be done?

As long as everything is working fine, then the web portal dashboard status shouldn't matter. It will probably clear up, on its own, eventually. But if it doesn't, then contact Ooma and ask them about it.

Actually, Robek, it seems to have been working since about 5:30 Wednesday evening. I don't know what went wrong, but it doesn't appear to be wrong anymore. Thanks for the reply.

Re: My Ooma say telo offline, but phone works
I'm having the same problem. I recently replaced my 12 year old Telo because when picking up incoming calls, all I heard was loud static and the caller could not hear me. Customer support indicated it was a hardware failure. The new Telo appears to have solved that problem and is working fine (dial tone, incoming and outgoing calls, blue flower, etc.) but my dashboard still says it's "off line". This has been the case since I replaced it on Saturday 6/26. I don't know if it was indicating the old Telo was also off line before I did the replacement or not. I tried clearing my browser history and rebooting modem, router and Telo with no change. I called Ooma support and they could see my new unit was on line and fully registered. They suggested it was a problem at their end with the server or an ongoing update or somesuch and not to worry about it. As of today, Tuesday 7/02 it's still says off line.
