Thanks folks. Great forum.

I did get a ticket number from TS yesterday, so hopefully they are aware and working to resolve the issue. I suppose it's not the same urgency as it would be if they lost an area code in LA or NY though. Still this troubles me...

Still no joy trying to call area code 252. This is really starting to piss me off. I send an email to TS yesterday asking when they anticipated a solution. Got a reply that they are working on it and will email me when it is fixed. It's now day 3 with that area code down. Has Ooma had problems like this before? I read the thread about toll-free numbers being down, but that apparently lasted only a few hours. I am really trying to decide if Ooma was a mistake for us and cancel our number port. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

We're taking a look at this one -- we'll let you know once we know what the problem with the call routing is and when the fix will be place.

Edit 8/28:
OK this was resolved a couple of days ago on 8/26. So far no problems with 252 any more. Thanks to all who posted here to help.
