Brand the Ooma white box and remove the tab

Ok, I searched and searched for the Ooma logo on top of the hub and did not find it. It would be great if the Ooma logo is on top of the hub - you have lot of blank space and a really nice logo.
It would be even better if the logo is functional and replaces the Ooma tab - so if the logo is in blue then the service is active and if it is red the service is down. The Ooma tab is not a great idea - if the hub were to fall and tab was to break...
I hope your creative director is listening.
PS: If you do decide to implement this I would like to exchange my current hub for the new one

Great observations. You are right, the logo's got to be on the face of the device. When we're ready to do a refresh of the industrial design, that one's going to be at the top of the "to-do" list!
