No incoming calls after porting completed
I got an email yesterday that porting was complete, but we cannot receive calls on the ported number any more. Callers get a message that the subscriber is not in service - any help is appreciated.

This happened to me. Porting was completed and by late Monday I was able to receive calls. You may want to contact customer service on Monday due to the porting department only open Monday thru Friday.

and, unplug your ooma boxes for at least 30 seconds, and plug them back in to see if that works..

Thanks for the suggestions, I called customer service and they fixed it. I can now receive calls!
