Then you better move fast. I believe the hub+scout combo is discontinnued in term of manufacturing. What ever available is the retail has in stock. After it sold out, it's gone.

For some, the Telo fixes a lot of the problems that go along with HPNA networking, especially combined with DSL. Some people are not able to even use the Scout because of bad wiring or how DSL is wired in their home, so they are saying good riddance to the Hub and Scout.

If I purchase the extended warantee, will failed Hub/Scout be replaced by Hub/Scout, or by Telo?

As I said earlier, Hub/Scout does exactly what I need. Telo does not.
