Can't install, Ooma logo off.

I'm trying to install my Ooma Telo and I can't get it to work. The Ooma logo light is totally off but the Reverse, Stop, Play and Forward lights are on.

What does that mean?

It may take awhile to download the latest firmware, give it about 20-30 min.

It actually stays off for awhile during the update. But as Groundhound says, it should only take 30 minutes or so, unless you have a slow or busy internet connection.
