New York City:

Area code 718 does not display, only the seven digit phone number. Other area codes do display.

I'd report the caller-ID 7 digit number to the support team. They can check why the full number isn't displaying correctly. Also, is your caller-ID name showing up?

Name does show but not the area code 718. Support called and said to try a different phone.

I tried a different phone, Uniden 6.0 Dect and the 718 area code does show on the incoming CID. Curiously, the other phone is a Uniden 5.8 Mhz.
