USB port on the Hub

Post by jazzyone » Sat Oct 10, 2009 8:55 pm

Anyone know what the USB port on the hub is used for?

Probably diagnostics and/or firmware upgrades, but was wondering if it had any other useful functions. Maybe I should just plug it into my computer? Vista has all the drivers built in already, right? :D

Thanks!

Actually it has no function at all. Speculation is that it could be activated at some time in the future. It has been discussed several times in the forum. You can search and read what other members have said.

Speculation aside, Bobby B has told us that it will never do anything on the hub - but the Telo will make future use of it.

As for me it is a great place to plug in my USB Jack:
