Please help with status of phone number port & $50 rebate

I faxed in my LOA & phone bill on 2/2/09. My understanding was that I will be contacted within 2 business days about its receival and status. But, it didn't happen. I sent an email also, but no response yet. Can I know its status? It is important for me that this taken care of asap.
And, I am still waiting for my $50 rebate for my international calls. Any updates?

I am in the same boat. i have sent 3 emails and resent my loa three times since feb 14th. let me know if you at least get an acknowledgement.
