Is your internet down or just ooma?
You might want to try unplugging the power from ooma, wait for about 5 minutes and plug it back in.

Just a thought....

I tried all the above. Oddest thing. Changed out the cables, directly into the internet connection - fiber optic verizon line - and the internet works just fine. COuld be the hub.. Thanks for the responses.

What kind of indications are you getting on the hub. Blue or red light? Any lights on on the hub keyboard?

Try reseting to default.

Pull the power plug from ooma.
Hold down the blue/red ooma tab while plugging the power back in.
Continue holding down the ooma tab for 30 seconds while ooma displays a light show.
After 30 seconds release ooma hub. This is factory default. Try it now.
