You have entered an invalid Activation Code,now 72Hour wait!

Had to call the support line...they say it will take 24 to 72 hours for them to resolve the activation issue.

Is that normal for tech support to take up to 72 hours?

I was on the phone with support for 2 hours. They told me they could make a "level 3" ticket and a technician would call me in "3 to 5 days." Consider yourself lucky with 72 hours.

It is about the same problem. Somewhere down there there were replies from Dennis P.
I encountered the same problem when I tried to activate my hub/scout last night. I sent an email to Dennis and he fixed it pretty quick.

The information he needs are:
MAC address
Activation code
Where you purchased the ooma device.

We've imported a missing shipment, so if your Telo activation code was throwing an error earlier today you should be good to go. If not, PM me you MAC address, activation code and where you bought your unit from and I will get you up and running as soon as I can. Thanks.
