Account doesn't show subscription expiration date

Account doesn't show subscription expiration date

i just bought an annual subscription to Premier. logged out and logged back in. now when i look at my account it says that i have Premier, annual subscription.

when i was still in trial mode, it gave me the number of days i had left. it'll be nice to maintain that, adjusted to show when my annual subsctiption will expire. i still have plenty of days left in my trial period. the page said that my subscription will start after the trial period. it'll be nice to see this information reflected on the account page.

How about this issue - is it true that once you subscribe to Ooma Premier on an annual basis that you no longer have an easy way to check the expiration date of your account? We have a Hub/Scout with a trial period that ends around March 1 of next year, but we intend to add a year's subscription before the rate goes up. It sure would be convenient to have a clear, easy to locate reminder of when that subscription will end.

Try browsing to Account->Services in My Ooma. It should show up there if you have an active Annual or Monthly Premier subscription.

Bobby, I just checked mine. It does show up, but it says that my subscription renews October 26, 2008
Me thinks something is amiss on my account. :D

Looks like there was a bug with that - try logging in once more - it should correctly say October 26th, 2010 now.
