Caller ID?
I have a Ooma hub with landline provisioning requested. I kept my DSL phone number. But I thought that I would be getting caller ID with Ooma service. All incoming calls are listed as unkown in the call log in My Ooma. I did not have caller ID with the basic phone number from Windstream (DSL service). I had VOIP phone service (phonepower) which I cancelled. So my question is why do I have NO caller ID? I do have a caller ID capable dect 6.0 phone. I even have premier service right now for the trial period. Any HELP? Thanks SY
