Problem with my scout!

I'm not doing to well installing my scout. It has five red lit buttons which include the rew, stop, play, fast forward, and the ooma tab. I've installed my hub successfully. I also followed the instructions for the scout to the tee. I've even tried different phone jacks in my apartment.

Looks like you have DSL, do you have a DSL filter on the HUB or Scout wall port?
If so please remove them, since the ooma devices have built-in filters.
