Problems using My Ooma? Ideas on how we can make it better? You’ve come to the right place.

I just setup my hub/scout with 2 phone numbers. Things were generally working o.k. although i could not port my number or sign up for Premier some selections would not actually work (like caller-id).
Now, I try to log into my Ooma using my primary account with my primary phone number and I get "We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page". If i log in using my secondary number, I can get logged in, but it is all screwy. The Preferences->Phone Lines show that i have a Telo (I have a hub/scout). The Serial number is the one i entered with my hub. I only see my secondary line under devices, and cannot add a device. My primary line is showing as my secondary line.
Both phone lines still ring and go to voicemail, but i am unable to use My Ooma. Any ideas?

I've had the same problem. This morning my main number corrected to be a hub, although it is actually a scout. My second line is still a telo and should be a hub. Customer support said they are actively making changes as we speak.
