Unable to Download VoiceMail

I am unable to download my voice mail messages; when I go to the inbox page, I can hear only the first voice mail on the list, but I cannot download any of them. At first, it was giving me an error message page when I selected the download link from the drop-down 'actions' list ("We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page. If this page continues to appear, please contact Ooma Support. You can also report this issue in the Ooma Forum."). I continued trying, then it was just giving a "rotating" bars symbol, but nothing happened, even clicking the "play" button would not play the message.
Then, inexplicably, the MP3 downloads started working, but only for 2 messages, then I started getting the same error message as before! What is going on? In the end, I was only able to download two messages. [BTW, I have now selected the option to attach future messages to the e-mail notices.]
I am using Mozilla FireFox, with the NoScript extension (with ooma.com enabled, of course).
Thanks!

Re: Unable to Download VoiceMail
I'm not using the "NoScript" extension, but it may be necessary to exempt the subdomain "my.ooma.com", rather than just ooma.com.
Re: Unable to Download VoiceMail
You shouldn't have to exempt my.ooma.com, if you have ooma.com exempt from NoScript, AFAIK.
I did run into the same problem and disabled NoScript and it worked. But then after re-enabling NoScript, the download voicemail function still works.
