I have a dumb question. If I plug my computer directly into the Home port on my Ooma hub I can get to However, I usually have my computer plugged into my router that is then plugged into the Ooma hub (which is plugged into the cable modem). When I'm plugged into my router I can't get to My DNS server comes back to me with "You tried to visit, which is not loading." Do I have to put my computer in the DMZ to get it to go to If so, I'm not behind my router's firewall which I'd like to be behind.

I can get to every other website just fine through my router just not Can anyone explain what is going on? Thanks.

Yes and when you get there put the IP address assigned to your ooma into the DMZ. Then you will be able to access it via that IP address. :)
