remote handsets don't ring
My ooma is connected to a Uniden DECT 6.0 base station with 5 remote handsets. The base station and scout work fine, but the remote handsets do not ring when I get a call. However they light up, the caller id works, and calls can be answered and made. Can you suggest how to get the remotes to ring?

That suggests that the ringers in the 5 handsets are disabled. Ooma has no control of what the Uniden base tells the remote handsets to do.
