Question for non-Premier Telo user

Hello, I was hoping someone could tell me whether voicemail notification is reserved for Premier subscribers. The Premier feature page describes voicemail forwarding, but what about notification without the voicemail attachment option? Thanks in advance.

Notifications to email or text message is part basic service.

Access your voicemail remotely from any phone or web browser, or receive an email notification that you have a voicemail message.
Only the mp3 attachment of the voicemail included with the email notification is Premier.
